2. Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe that content downloaded through Lem8 infringes your copyright, please provide our designated agent with the following information: - Your physical or electronic signature - Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed - Identification of the material claimed to be infringing - Your contact information (address, telephone number, email) - A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized - A statement that the information in the notification is accurate
3. Designated Agent
All DMCA notices should be sent to our designated copyright agent at: support@lem8.app Please include 'DMCA Notice' in the subject line to ensure prompt processing of your request.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification with our designated agent. The counter-notification must include your contact information, identification of removed content, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed by mistake.
5. Important Note
Lem8 is a tool service and does not host or store user content. We facilitate access to publicly available content on Lemon8. For content removal, you may need to contact Lemon8 directly as the content hosting platform.
